We are looking for a driven individual who wants to work in a customer service role where sales are an important part of the job. Here you will assist customers with orders, subscription inquiries, and technical services – while actively working on upselling and advising.

Who we are looking for

We are looking for someone who thrives in a role where service and sales go hand in hand. You are a natural communicator, driven by achieving goals, and see solutions where others see obstacles. We would like you to:

• Have experience in customer service and/or sales, preferably over the phone

• Be motivated to work towards clear sales targets

• Be fluent in Swedish and English

• Have a complete high school education

• Be available to work varying hours
  

About the role

As part of the customer service team, you will assist customers via phone and email. In addition to answering questions and handling cases, you will actively work on upselling by identifying customer needs and offering suitable solutions. Here you will have the opportunity to develop both in service and sales – and have fun along the way!
